After the opening speech of Prof. Engin Ulukaya, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Istinye, Prof. Türker Kılıç, Brain and Nerve Surgeon of BAU Medical Park Göztepe Hospital gave the first speech.
Referring to the relationship between artificial intelligence and the human brain, Prof. Türker Kılıç said, “Every system that processes information generates intelligence sooner or later. We thought the human brain was the most competent information processing system, but that's not true.”
